Are You Stressed? What Can You Do to Reduce Dangerous Stress Levels and Live Longer?

Stress is as individual as we are, what makes a person stresses can not be a problem, another person. Some people try to over-stress and Excel, if the high level, others stress can paralyze and disable. We must learn what our own threshold, and take steps to make it a healthy level to our wellbeing.

Nobody can tell you how much stress is right for you, your body and your mind will tell you when enough is enough. Receptors in the brain is triggered when things out of balance, it is also a physiological or physical response from your body. Always know how your body feels when things are calm and normal is a good start, there will be a marker for how you feel if the thoughts are in equilibrium.

If stress reach a point where you are unable to function normally, you can include some or all of the following physical symptoms. Tension, anxiety, headaches, a negative attitude or irresponsible behavior. Sometimes, when the symptoms are too late and the stress can lead to a dangerous level. This is the reason why your body and know how it feels in a healthy stress is important, this way you can precautions to monitor stress yourself and take appropriate action if the levels rise.

The first task in the fight against stress to find your optimal stress. To do this try to get a picture of your body and mind, how it feels, how they work and if your frame of mind is healthy. When things start to change, you will be aware and be able to respond by pressing stress coping techniques.
