Wanting What We Can't Have

In my previous posts, I want to speak slighting what we do not have. In our human life, each of us, the goals, something which we want. This is what remains, and the functioning of society. We go to school, hoping wants a good job, we want to go to work, in the hope of a good salary, and we want a good salary, in the hope of buying a house and support our family.

Everybody's asking for is different. Someone who wants to travel around the world may be lame to a computer player, want to be a pro while beginners have the whole day may not be attractive to somebody want to have a girlfriend or boyfriend, and wants a loving relationship could be insignificant to somebody wants one million U.S. dollars. Nevertheless, wherever we are, whether it is in the bus looking out the window or in an apartment overlooking the roof, which we things we want in our heads.

But what about the times when we want something so bad, but we can not. How does this make us feel?

There are two options when I referred to these categories, and that is apparently so out of reach at the moment, and things which have permanently. If this happens, an individual may, in turn, they can not have it, into an obsession. It is everything they think and what usually happens is the individual will consume what they do not have that they are not paralyzed, by all measures at all. This is a trap that we fall together.

For example, you always like someone so much that everything you do, do they think? You do not know what will happen to them if you have never do anything about it because of fear. But the idea that with them makes you feel good and so do you think about it.

Or have you ever, where you wanted to ask somebody in the public only in the interest of them, but how in the vicinity, nothing comes from the mouth? They keep promoting themselves to say something on the inside, but they never act. When you go home, then beat you What you wanted to intern at the moment is over and can not have it. In return, you are depressed or unhappy.

This is also true with money. We all have this dream the amount that we want. Sometimes we have them plastered on our walls. A day passes, and it is good, a week goes by and it is in order. A month passes and you are still the same amount. Now you are worried, but still confident. Two months, three months, five months ... and nothing has changed. Their frustration is beginning to worry. When about a year passed and you're still the same amount of money, you take the characters and fall into depression.

Then there are wishes that are permanent. Perhaps an example of things that are associated with bodily functions. Someone who just wants to be big and will probably never be too large if they have their growth spurt. They sit in their bone structure for the rest of their lives. Or with a disease like cancer and want to heal that does not yet exist.

The wishes that are temporary, even for one second do not feel good, but are tolerable after a while. The want a lasting, negative feelings can last for years and years.

To solve wants that we do not have - to the constant - we must accept the situation. If we never accept the situation, then there is always a disagreement in the harmony in our feelings. You want something, but it is impossible to have. These are two different feelings, which are separated, they are not identical, and they are not synchronized with each other. So, we tend to feel negative emotions such as anger or sadness. Learn to accept it and release.

To solve wants, that we are not at the time - this can be anything from yourself to lose, expect a certain amount of weight this week or within a certain amount of money this month - what you must do is to liberate the expectations.

They are not always to himself to expect something that is unrealistic. Yes, I could for a few flames, because it is good to "think big". But everything I am saying is that if you constantly with something that you want, be it into an obsession, and you are not happy during your current situation, because you do not have it yet. This is also associated with permanent want that we do not have. Imagine the question, "Is it okay, not that thing?" Here you can find relief, if you really think the answer is yes.

If you learn to let some of your expectations in life, and stay in a neutral state of emotion, which then anything even close to better than a neutral state are you in luck.

It's almost as if they were in a movie theater, a film with a too large, then sucks to go home and you shake your head. Months of hype gone to waste. Or they can log into the film not with the expectation of something, then the film blows you away. They go in awe. Sometimes the movie is bad as well, but at least you do not expect that it is too large.

It's the same thing with what we do not have. Perhaps another way, in a peaceful, calm state, while your goal is to not expect what you want that obsessed about it, but live in it comes, as you during the time and taking advantage opportunities in a casual manner, without expectations for the outcome.

This way you will not find you unhappy because you constantly want something from your mind the future, but happy because you learned to create the conditions now in the moment, and what comes to you in the future is a bonus.

If you're not obsessed, and nothing to do but think or expect, what you do not have a step back and in a neutral state. They are better able to live freely outside of your mind, greater awareness of your surroundings and more likely to take action.

Understanding Signs of Physical, Emotional Or Behavioral Stress

Stress is not the result of a single cause or factor. Instead, it is caused by a number of interrelated factors such as pressure at work, too many social obligations, one uncomfortable food or work or the inability to organize time effectively and maintain. How to decide on the most appropriate strategies for dealing with stress, it is necessary, the most important factors.

Three factors are

Physical characters

  • Continuous or frequent illnesses of all kinds especially respiratory diseases.
  • serious illnesses such as high levels of cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, conditions, ME.

Stress is More Complicated Than it Appears

Managing stress is not only complicated because there are different types of stress, but each has its own characteristics, symptoms, treatments, and the intensity.

Acute stress is the most common form. You can see if your computer goes blank, you are on deadline, and the heart starts beating fast. They enjoy it when a new customer selects you as a coach and not as competitors. If your dog tries to jump out the window of your car, you move into full panic mode of stress.

As it is short-term, acute clothing usually not that much harm, such as chronic stress. Some of the most common symptoms are:

  • Emotional distress or anxiety, depression.
  • Muscular problems such as back pain, pulled muscles,
  • stomach problems such as heartburn, diarrhea, constipation, and
  • Elevated blood pressure, dizziness, and rapid heartbeat.

The other kind of stress is chronic stress , the loops that you are to pay before you are ready, no longer as productive. Chronic stress destroys bodies, minds and lives. It is the burden of families who have difficulties making ends meet. It is the stress, you know, you buy lunch with a prospective customer that you have been recruiting for 5 months.

The worst part of chronic stress is that you are at, and forgotten. As a result, you ignore it and not get rid of their cause.

Please note that stress does not kill by suicide, heart attack, stroke and cancer. Stress helps people, because the physical and mental exhaustion of resources through long-term attrition.

As you get older, stress is still chaos in your life and the life, because recovery takes longer. Moreover, it is one of the diseases causing your stress.

The problem is that Americans reduce their preventive health care in their attempt to save money, they are always ill and their health ends they cost more money. Your company is not, and they fail.

One way of dealing with stress is a walk of at least 30 minutes 5 days a week. You may have your gym membership went but you can still walk. You can also use your bike riding, yoga or meditation.

I worry about most people not to take their medicines. I also fear that if people are not actively engaged in their health and have not come to regular mammography screening for one or colonoscopies. What's more stressful these difficult economic times caused hundreds of thousands to lose sleep, the sleep is not good, because stress decreases.

After all the time and money to educate the public about what a healthy diet and the importance of exercise and a healthy diet, it is a shame that stress about money, the direction of wellness organizations and companies to its knees .

How Does a Man Sleep If He's Feeling Stressed?

Stress can be many different internal and external influences, money, jobs and family are all possible areas that may cause stress in a person's life. If it penetrates a people sleep, You can access other areas of his life.

3 Focus Points For Changing Your Attitude

I reached my hotel room to 1 and the question of what the next day went for me to keep. It was the end of a very long day. I had this morning to Milwaukee (I thought) went on a short flight to Oklahoma City, with veterans who recently returned from deployment. If I get my house, I know very little about that storm rages and the southern states that I am for 4 hours on the tarmac in Austin, and even more time in the Houston airport waiting in line - only to learn that they do not know if I go anywhere else that weekend. As I lay there in bed with my mind racing, I knew I had a choice to make. I could choose, in a maelstrom of madness and let my feelings best by me, or I could be something else. I have to focus on coffee. It's everything I wanted the next day - a decent cup of coffee. It is not too great - just decent. We all have days go wrong. Change our attitude, they can all go a little softer. Here is how it worked for me. Here are three areas to help.

Priority 1: Change Your Focus

We look forward to that cup of coffee helped me ch'lax - a term I got from my 4 children, a combination of chilling and relaxing. Each of us has something that can help us ch'lax. It may looking forward to a cup of coffee or it could be a multitude of other things - listen to music, deep breathing, go swimming, or reading (the possibilities are endless!). There are no parameters to what you decide to use - it is up to you. At the end of the day, it's about the best case and worst-case. best case you get what you want. Worst case, it is not. In this sense, everything is possible! Sun, CH'LAX!

FOCUS POINT 2: Find the HUMOR

We look forward to that cup of coffee helped me in the mood of my day. Verily, it was a pretty fun day. Yes, it was frustrating , at times, but there were some pretty great moments. Without the fear, whatever the next, I was able to see with greater clarity. Most of these moments, the people I had during the day - as the group was on its way to Las Vegas and had the party as soon as we left Milwaukee. Or, as the bags of pretzels keep getting smaller, and that if I am only a bag of candy bars I have been able to pay for my flight from auctioning them. If we focus, we can see the mood of everything.

Priority 3: grateful

We look forward on that cup of coffee helped me be grateful for the things that sometimes can be overlooked. For example: Even though the day was long, I had my carry-on luggage (with a toothbrush), telephone, music, and was able to find a place to sleep for a few hours before the next adventure begin. This was at home a little harder the next morning when I saw a lot of sleep quite uncomfortable throughout the airport. Regardless of the situation, it are always things we are thankful for. When in a tight place, try on the things the "right" in your life. When I think of my wife's smile, or one of our children's smiles, I can not help , but feel blessed. What is it for you?

The next morning I get up early and head towards the airport. Yes, I was still on my cup of coffee, but at this point I was feeling so good that my happiness does not depend on whether I want it to or not. But, I did it! The delicious that the quality of the Cup-'o-Joe percolated through my entire system! yet half of its euphoric effect, I went up to the counter to start waiting in line, but I do not have to wait - I was the first person there! The rest of my day went even better! Where could before I have to stay in Houston all weekend, now there was a new flight and I got a place. When I to Oklahoma City, my luggage and a taxi was waiting for me on my program on time. If something was wrong, I would not have noticed. Everything changed because I changed. It's like life works, is not it? All life is made of moments - good moments and, to put it mildly, not so good moments. But it is also from the time of the election - where we can, how we deal with the things that we around dough. I am for coffee, and it helped me get my perspective, ch'lax, and grateful for the things that go right. If you are taken, what will you choose?

Facing Your Fear on Paper

Nancy (not her real name) woke up in the morning with the fear away. The weight of the dark gloomy feeling, it was difficult for them, once out of bed. Sheer will power she got. Then they are pushed to the shower and for the day. Although Nancy, now retired, had many opportunities to be active with friends and family spent the day feeling, frozen, unable himself to do what they really wanted to do. Their logic told her that she had nothing to fear. She was physically healthy. She had a wonderful life, with successes and a supportive family she loved. Nevertheless, the emotional pain she felt almost every day was real. After my brochure during a routine visit to chiropractic Nancy decided to make an appointment with me.

When Nancy came to see me she was exhausted with all the energy had to fight their fear. When I asked Nancy what she thought was her anxiety about her response was: "I do not know, I only fear, and I want them gone!"

A journal fear is a tool that you can use to help you clarify your fears. When our fear and anxiety are vague, cloudy and hazy, we have a tendency to feel even more powerless than they are. If we are capable of, "a grip" on, we begin to see choices we have for our own reactions to fear.

With Write your experiences (eg, there is a tightness in my throat), your thoughts (eg I think what you wrong with me.) And then rename the fear (eg . I'm afraid I will not OK) You start to shine a light on what was once vague and cloudy. Soon you can begin to imagine the fear with curiosity and openness. This leads to the situation, our fear and lovingly take care of them.

Start your magazine is easy. Just buy a plain journal or notebook. Commit to collect when it comes fear. The next time you feel the tension, the feeling of fear with your journal and start writing.

First, ask yourself: "What feelings am I feeling in my body and what happens to my breathing?" It may help to close your eyes for a moment and check in with your body.

Then ask: "What was I thinking before this feeling came on?" It is OK if you do not know or do not remember. Also they can help to close your eyes and "see" what information is there for you. You may have a memory or an image or a color that you write down in your journal. There are no wrong answers to these questions.

Then ask: "What shall I fear?" Keep writing, what comes to mind, even if it seems stupid or unreasonable. Keep going until you are satisfied you have exhausted all possibilities. Often when we are with our fear, feelings and shift, we can note of sadness, anger or joy.

If you are concerned about the feeling of closeness to watch and share them with your own fear You're not alone. Or you might think that the fine for someone else, but my fear is too overwhelming. Many people think that the fear that it will only make it worse.

What I have in my own experience and in working with people with fear is that we more clearly our fears, our feelings shift and change. We begin to feel empowered, instead of their victims. Most of our fears prove to be false evidence Appearing Real. It is not until we have a quality of curiosity, openness to learn and the willingness to accept ourselves and our feelings of love, that we begin to shift. As the light of consciousness seems to tend to our fear becoming smaller and more manageable.

Nancy was surprised by their ability to obtain something they had so much time trying to eliminate. In writing about their fears, she was able to see more of what they are responding to and begin to take steps to start their day with enthusiasm and joy. Your family and friends to note that it is more energy and was able to establish itself in activities that they knew she loved, but was to be avoided.

Becoming Your Best Self - Top 10 Strategies For Stress-Free Living

1. Identify and live by your values.
When we know what our values are, and our goals and actions are consistent with our values, we are seldom stressed or in conflict about what we do.

2. Fill in the Past
Sometimes we depend on votes or perceived injustices of the past, long after the person or situation is dead and gone. Due to the closure to these events, we are free to move.

3. Plan for the future.
It is important to know where we want to go and have a rough idea of how to reach us. It is important that the final control to God or the universe, we need a sense of focus and direction for our lives. Planning for the future gives us the orientation.

4. Live in the present.
This is of central importance. If we consider the past and planned for the future, we must remain focused in the here and now. There is very little that we can not handle at the moment. (A hint: If you feel guilty, you are in the past. If you feel fear, you are in the future. The absence of these feelings usually means that you are firmly in the present).

5. Understand that if you can only dream of, then you can achieve it.
If we - really - not in a position to something, then it is virtually impossible for us to dream is. Knowledge of what we are capable of, is in every cell of our being. No matter how wild and far-fetched your dream appears, the existence of the dream means that you can achieve it if you are willing to commit to it.

If we are to you or we are not to our higher self, but only on certain dimensions of who we are (and usually what we think, that the funds). Be a being, not doing!

10. Select where you best possible.
Making selected our best course for our lives, fullest potential, typically allows us to think about our lives and reduces much stress because we understand that the source of stress is transient. So, do not forget that today, you are the best you have ever been! Revel in that fact.

Workplace Stress Trap - The Wendy Syndrome - I Mother Everyone at Work

Do you remember the story of Peter Pan? If you do this, you will remember, Wendy, that lovable charm and character. Wendy took it on itself to the mother for all. They cared for them, to those concerned for them, and belongs to them. It has everything that we think gives us a good mother. But this is a good role in an organization? If you look around your workplace to find someone who fills this role of mother for all. You (usually she) is the person that people go when they want to rant, complain, it hurt, get advice, for support. That sounds great - except that Wendy has a job as well - and it is not unpaid mother-confessor and adviser for all the needs of its Wendy. A genuine case of stress at work for the People's Wendy is that it has never done its job.

The Wendy working the case also means that they are in the middle of every dog fight and argument and sad luck story. It is trusted for all 's secret worries and problems. It is the repository of a large amount of private information. If an evil Wendy, she has the power to manipulate people and cause them great grief in the workplace. When a Wendy Angels, they can be a wonderful friend, even savior. But at what price to Wendy and her colleagues?

One of the ethical issues in the workplace is to distinguish between what is public and what is private, between what is relevant and for the functioning of the company or organization, and what is personal and belongs at home. The treatment is about people on the "bar" and their "Back Room". in other words, I talk about their public and their private lives . Our public rooms or in front of the world is what we share with others freely and without great risk, that is not personally. All of us have information, dreams, stories that we share with only a small number of people, most of we have secrets that we share with nobody else. If we blur the boundaries between public and private in the workplace, we risk and stress. If I were in a group therapy, I warn people about the dangers of self-revelation and the privileged responsibility that the other when a member of the group shares something very personal.

Unfortunately, not everyone thought you secrets and goals and is responsible for protecting the privacy of the thoughts expressed. They share them with others who personal information will be public property, often distorted and embellished. What begins as a sharing of grief and mourning with a colleague can quickly become part of the urban legends and public talk about the organization - to increase your personal stress and anxiety dramatically. I do not say that Wendy in your organization is a dangerous person that I am, that one must be careful with personal matters in the arena. I am also saying that if you have worries and concerns - even if they are related to the work - you open sure to misinterpretation and gossip, and in some cases, you will find that what you have said, finds its way to the person on whom you are concerned.

But let "s that your organization 's Wendy. You are a caring person, you have a capacity to hear and feel, you seem to be capable of good advice, then you know the people, your role as the unofficial mother hen, and you get a descriptor from the privy is the private worlds and thoughts of your colleagues. Receiving colleagues' confidence may be exhilarating and exciting things - even powerful. The downside is this - if people have a shared secret, or sought help, they are often more embarrassed than grateful, they feel obligated and insecure, and often they can from their mother confessor and their contacts and friendships. All these unexpected effects can strain and stress at work.

Keeping Things in Perspective

It is very difficult to put things into perspective in your business and personal life. It is easy to reach in all situations and things out of perspective. This is not through the media, which seem to exaggerate any news story so much that it is difficult to ascertain the facts.

Here are some ideas that you might want to try if you struggle to put things into proper perspective:

Turn the statistics around. If you are a customer complains that it is easy to believe that all your customers are dissatisfied. But perhaps only 1% of customers are dissatisfied, so that 99% of customers are satisfied. If this means you can much better.

Remember what's good. , if something is not good, however small they may be, at the end you can totally distracted by it. Step back from the situation and consider what's good what you have achieved and how much you are so far advanced. This makes the situation seem much less important.

Consider the best and worse that could happen. Where you are, things get out of proportion about the worse case, and can be found in most cases it is not so bad. Even the best case outcome, so you can take steps to achieve this.

see every situation as a learning opportunity. , where things do not go according to plan, see them as learning and use this learning in the future. So think back to how you deal with similar situations in the past and use that learning now.

Keep calm. when things are not going well, it's easy to panic, which tends to see everything even worse. Take some long deep breaths slowly, even after rest and relaxation. This is then you can put things into proper perspective and decide what to do next.

think rationally. It is very difficult to decide what to do in a situation that seems overwhelming at this time. Step away from the situation and think rationally about the next steps. It may be helpful to discuss the situation as if you are looking for a third party in.

Concentrate on the bigger picture and your long term goals. to understand what is really important for you and your business. Try not to let small things dominate the thoughts, to concentrate on what matters. Remind yourself of the bigger and your long-term goals.

plan what to do next, again priorities and take action to make progress. when you lose perspective, stand back, plan what you must do check your overall priorities, Re-priority of your 'to do' list and take steps to make progress.

Discuss with others and their support. How to deal with something that we're from the perspective is very difficult on your own. Try talking to colleagues in your company, a trusted adviser, a mentor, a family member or a friend. They can help you to see things from another perspective.

Expect the Unexpected. Everyone has good and bad days and we all have to deal with unexpected events and changes in our lives. The assumption that change, unexpected events happen and bad days, makes it easier to treat.

Take a break and do something else. when things are getting out of perspective, a pause and a little otherwise do, such as walking, a drink, away from the situation you are, you will then be able to see things more clearly on your return.

do not see things as insurmountable. You may have the feeling that the current problem or is insurmountable, but it is likely that you have overcome similar things in the past, you can do so again.

Be positive. It is always helpful to have a positive attitude. This will make it much easier to put things into proper perspective, as you can see the positive side of each situation.

Signs of Burnout

If you are interested in any kind of leadership for any amount of time you know what the term means burnout. So often we start at the beginning of the burnout syndrome and we miss until we understand it in pretty deep. So in the next few postings I would like to refer to the signs of burnout and the healing of burnout.

A really good example of burnout in the Bible can be found in I Kings 19 and the story of Elijah.

I will not go into the details of the story - you can read, dass Here are some signs of burnout:

1. We are devaluing our worth. We compare ourselves with others and what we expect our lives to be. Once you begin to compare to others to destroy you begin your worth and your achievements. As this happens you begin to lose sight of what you have and really the only thing you see is what you do not, or what you believe you have failed at. As this happens, you begin to slide into the next set of burnout.

2. We devalue our work. We must not forget that we only obedience. You will begin to set the overall outcome of the lives of working on your shoulders. You must not forget that you are only responsible for what you are doing.

3. We exaggerate our problems. We make them bigger than they really are. Have you ever seen something bigger than they really are? We all have done this. Each one of us. My mother use to say, you are a mountain of a mole hill. If we at this point, we've lost right vision, and we are not properly seen. If this happens, it's easy to fall in the next sentence.

4. We abdicate our dreams. If we stop dreaming, we die inside. We quit, or to stop caring or even just start with the routine of life. I think this is one of the worst places to be. They are miserable. No vision means that the people perish. Hope deferred makes the heart sick. This is a really bad to be.

How to Reduce Stress in Your Life - Less Stress

Stress is something that nearly everyone deals with in their daily lives, some of us are not even aware that they are dealing with it. If stress goes untreated, it can be really great for your physical and mental wellbeing. Locke is one of the main causes of poor health in our country. In this article we will give you some tips for dealing with stress.

First, what you eat, as in most areas of life, what you eat, you can impact your stress. A healthy diet with a good mix of proteins, whole grains, fruits and vegetables reduces your stress. If you live on a diet with high calorie, fatty foods will continue to stress your point. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids every day, so that your body fluids at all times.

Second, exercise, start a good exercise regiment. Choose preferably something you so that you are with him. Try to participate in this exercise at least 3 times per week. It need not be strenuous, as simple as walking, but stick to it. The benefits of exercise is both mentally and physically in a very short time. You feel your stress melt away.

Third, a plan, if you are a list of things you must do if you have the list you have a sense of fulfillment. Most of us run all day and feeling as if we never finished. One of the biggest causes of stress is the feeling that we have so much to do and we will do it. With a list we can see that we have taken care of what was necessary for this day.

Fourth, meditation and yoga can be useful for many people to relieve stress. Just In addition to determining the time to do this reduces stress. It is very important so that your time for relaxation and stress. Many doctors say that patients have their blood pressure so much from Yoga, they no longer need medication. Researh some for themselves and find out what's best for you.

Finally, have fun, in our way of life today employs some of us actually take the time to have fun. Whatever floats your bubble, as they say. Take time to see, read, friends, go to the movies, which always just so easy to visit. The people who are important to you, and they worry about is a huge burden for the cure.

Tension, Stress, Strain and Anguish - All Are Avoidable

"A common misconception is that it is hard work, the tension generated, but the work itself is not the real cause. Work, hard work, even when the mind is at rest, is health. It creates tension fatigue but not. fundamental cause of pollution is found in people's minds, not in the body. "[1]

The spirit and the body is not how we deal with and absorb pressure and stress. The spirit and the body is not responsible for how we deal with everything. Physically, we can surely much more than we think - work smart. The spirit is the strength of how we live and with the day to day.

After George Bernard Shaw's life was not easy, (but it can be a joy). Smile. Is it possible in a mirror when it is hard and smile and laugh? What could be worse! Look around. See what you have: your senses, your sense of humor, your ability to walk, talk, etc. Well, this is an assumption that jump that you have these things. I make plenty, for example, if you read this, but not on foot! Or could not speak! Or could not laugh, smell, see, hear, taste or touch!

Free Your Mind of Stress

I know that many of you will think about what meditation do for me, why is it so important, and of course, "I have no time to clear my head, I'm busy." Now let's be honest: Here you are suffering from stress, they now have a little more, because the answer is yes, and unless you are sure to read over and think a little more ... and do not forget to check out my recommendation for simple stress relief.

Why are we all stressed out?

With modern life, the hectic and demanding pace of life, it's no wonder that many of us feel stressed out and overworked, and how many of us this house with us, like many others feel the effects of stress, we feel ?

Our fatigue and stress of daily life lead us to the feelings of dissatisfaction, frustration and a lack of patience when it comes to dealing with even the simple routines every day. Not to mention the impact that all of this on our health, the fatigue that we feel the nagging inner voice always remind us that we need to do this and that and the other. Or the needs of our boss, our clients, our family and friends of all those who are living in a big ball of stress.

"I'm stressed out," "Work is a great burden," "I am under too much stress," "the kids stress me out," these are all phrases that we all know and it is also an acceptable part of everyday life.

How do I define my stress?

Stress is difficult to define because it means different things for different people, but one thing that is very clear for us all is that stress is a negative emotion, negative energy, as opposed to positive.

Have you ever burned, because you are overloaded? Have you ever had symptoms of stress, which made it impossible for you to continue working on your projects? Have you ever been sick, because you are not enough care of himself?

The truth about the work and relaxation

For each phase of productivity, we need a phase of relaxation that allows us to recharge our batteries and new energy for upcoming projects. We should follow the example of professional athletes: After each phase of strong activity, we should calm down, relax and loosen up our soul, mind and body. Lightweight Clear Vision

Now, I have a lot of opinions on the subject of $ depreciation, graduate education in the United States is worth it, given present circumstances, return on investment (ROI) exhibition, Top companies, the assignment of new staff in the division in their home countries and the consequences as such.

I'm a fan of light-weight Clear Vision �"� (LCV), the leadership in this situation and help in keeping things from another perspective. Let me explain a bit here. My focus and call to do grad study, the belief in my abilities, dreams, make a difference, etc., without prejudice, I too am sometimes intimidated or harassed by all the news relating to U.S. Dollar depreciation on U.S. economy, and results of related items. LCV adoption helps me focus my back.

clear vision in LCV means that a clear focus, have a dream, because without that it makes no sense to focus on something. And I will safely assume that most of us have a "biography" in the reason why we want to study grad. It really helps if they are decoupled from cash-rich and first. I would even point out an example here.

This is a man with the name C. Mohan (IBM Fellow and Chief Scientist). You can easily verify by Googling his name. I have some technical discussions, where he was the main speaker, and you can learn the art of decoupling (First-ranging research from love) from him. He stops at reaffirmed that, when he completed his PhD from Austin in'81, Silicon Valley charm was on its peak. He could easily have /a start-up, stock options, rich .. But he has not remained in the research and is now an IBM Fellow, the world famous Guy .. and ya, is rich anyways.
