Is Laughter the Best Medicine?

You have probably heard the old adage that says that laughter is the best medicine. But is it really?

Laughter is perhaps not the best medicine, but it does not hurt. Probably the biggest upside to laugh is the fact that it helps with stress, which can help you better with his life, and at the same time, you can avoid some bad health.
