Understanding Signs of Physical, Emotional Or Behavioral Stress

Stress is not the result of a single cause or factor. Instead, it is caused by a number of interrelated factors such as pressure at work, too many social obligations, one uncomfortable food or work or the inability to organize time effectively and maintain. How to decide on the most appropriate strategies for dealing with stress, it is necessary, the most important factors.

Three factors are

Physical characters

  • Continuous or frequent illnesses of all kinds especially respiratory diseases.
  • serious illnesses such as high levels of cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, conditions, ME.
  • minor illnesses, for example, continuous nausea, or nausea, at regular intervals, insomnia, headache, runny or periodic abdominal pain.
  • Sudden bowel habit, weight, appetite, sexual libido, sleeping patterns.
  • Permanent physical exhaustion or tired or fatigued for no apparent reason.
  • of excessive self laxatives, aspirin tablets, anti-acids, herbal remedies, tonics.
  • They worry about sick or refusal of a disease, which is obvious.

emotional and mental characters

  • fear characterized by a persistent feeling of tension and anxiety, not proportionate.
  • Apathy by an indifference to life and is characterized by a general "so what" attitude.
  • depression characterized by extreme feelings of sadness, a loss of interest in the social environment and often even neglected.
  • Mental fatigue results from the above-mentioned conditions. This leads to lack of concentration, rigid thinking, inability to think logically and everything is an enormous effort.
  • excessive irritability, which shows how anger, argumentative and arrogant attitude.

behavioral characters

  • avoidance of work, friends, relationships.
  • not the responsibility.
  • Going to extremes with things like smoking, gambling expenditure as well.
  • conditions of participation aggressive driving and accidents.
  • clumsiness, nervous laughter and carelessness.
  • Fast and often incoherent speech.
  • too late for work, poor personal hygiene and clothing to be negligible.
  • Chewing fingernails.

If you have a hard stressful day, you are most likely to succeed, your skills by a good night's sleep. But if you continue on hard stressful days, the damage is too deep to be restored. In this way a cascade of stress and it is irreversible.
