I know that many of you will think about what meditation do for me, why is it so important, and of course, "I have no time to clear my head, I'm busy." Now let's be honest: Here you are suffering from stress, they now have a little more, because the answer is yes, and unless you are sure to read over and think a little more ... and do not forget to check out my recommendation for simple stress relief.
Why are we all stressed out?
With modern life, the hectic and demanding pace of life, it's no wonder that many of us feel stressed out and overworked, and how many of us this house with us, like many others feel the effects of stress, we feel ?
Our fatigue and stress of daily life lead us to the feelings of dissatisfaction, frustration and a lack of patience when it comes to dealing with even the simple routines every day. Not to mention the impact that all of this on our health, the fatigue that we feel the nagging inner voice always remind us that we need to do this and that and the other. Or the needs of our boss, our clients, our family and friends of all those who are living in a big ball of stress.
"I'm stressed out," "Work is a great burden," "I am under too much stress," "the kids stress me out," these are all phrases that we all know and it is also an acceptable part of everyday life.
How do I define my stress?
Stress is difficult to define because it means different things for different people, but one thing that is very clear for us all is that stress is a negative emotion, negative energy, as opposed to positive.
can stress both physically and mentally. Physical stress may be the result of a lack of sleep or poor nutrition and the effects of an illness. Mental stress can be thought about money or how to retire in order to survive, or in a staggering emotional event like the death of a family member, or by the dismissal.
our natural stress response system
But did you know that a large part of our stress comes from less dramatic everyday. Duties and charges which are both physical and mental are not always obvious that to us and in response to the daily pressures of our body automatically to a stress response floods your body with chemicals, which increases your blood pressure, heart rate, the blood flow to your muscles, your metabolism and your breathing. All these reactions are natural reactions so that our bodies are ready to respond rapidly and effectively under high pressure situations, as the fight or flight. Now, during a stress reaction is useful in a real emergency situations where you need to be alert, it can significantly contribute to your body when constantly active.
We are constantly responding to stressful situations, as the stress response, but without adjustments in our lives to understand the impact. Stress can cause physical, emotional and behavioral problems which affect our health, vitality and peace of mind, and of course also have an impact on our personal and professional relationships. Stress is also the key to many minor illnesses such as insomnia, headaches and back pain to life-threatening illnesses such as hypertension and even disease belongs.
It is also very true that every man Stress treated differently, for example, an important decision, like the life changing careers, or moving house. I know some of you are cringing at the thought, but I also know that some of you would enjoy the idea. Whatever can overwhelmed some people might actually be a welcome change to others. An even simpler example is sitting in the traffic, some people find this too much to tolerate Tooting their horns and screaming for more coffee, while others take in their step, perhaps with the help of a little music, or a happy thought.
So, what's the answer? Well, apart from the endless amount of drugs available to reduce stress, which is also free side effects may I add, there is a very simple and natural way to reduce stress, the 10-20 minutes a day and has no side effects, meditation.
our natural relaxation response system
Earlier I mentioned that the secret to reducing your stress is due to adjustments in your life to the effects of stress, and this is causing a relaxation within you.
A relaxation response is a state of deep rest that is the opposite of the stress response. The relaxation response brings your body back into balance through the deepening of your breathing, reduce stress chemicals in your body, slows the heart rate and relaxing the muscles. Moreover, increases energy, improves concentration, relieves headaches and other pains, increases your ability to solve problems and promote the motivation and productivity and the best news is that with a little practice anyone can benefit from these advantages.
recommendations
How many of you are new to meditation and I am sure that many of you who do not want to go into the depth, how to meditate or what form of meditation to use and quickly want to know , head start, I would recommend you start with an affordable audio meditation, check out morphogeneticmeditation for the links to the free audio to get you started.
also increases energy and concentration, the fight against disease, relieves pain, improves problem-solving skills and increases motivation and productivity. Best of all - with a little practice - all of these benefits can be prosecuted.
Remember that each person deals with stress differently. Some people actually seek situations that may stress for others. A major life decision, such as changing careers or buying a house, could be overwhelming for some people, while others welcome the change. Some find sitting in traffic too much to tolerate, while others are underway. The key is determining your personal tolerance levels for stressful situations. Stress can cause physical, emotional and behavioral disorders, based on your health, vitality, peace-of-Mind, as well as personal and professional relationships. Too much stress can cause relatively minor illnesses like insomnia, backache or headache, and can contribute to potentially life-threatening diseases like high blood pressure and heart disease.
mental stress can also: If you worry about the money, a loved one to illness, retired, or experience an emotionally devastating event, such as the death of a spouse or by the dismissal. But a large part of our stress comes from less dramatic everyday responsibilities. Duties and charges which are both physical and mental are not always clear to us. In response to these daily strains your body automatically increases blood pressure, heart rate, respiration, metabolism and blood flow to your muscles. This response will help your body react quickly and effectively to a high pressure situation.
With the hectic pace and demands of modern life that many people feel stressed and over worked. It feels like there is often simply not enough time in the day to finish everything on time. Our stress and tiredness make us unhappy, frustrated and impatient. It can also affect our health. We are often so busy, we are of the opinion that there is no time to stop and meditate! But meditation actually gives you more time by using your mind calm and focused. A simple ten or fifteen minutes breathing meditation, how can you overcome stress and some inner peace and balance.
meditation may also help us to understand our own minds. We can learn, to our mind from negative to positive, from the disturbance to peaceful, from unhappy to happy. Overcoming negative thoughts and maintaining constructive thoughts is the purpose of the conversion of meditations in the Buddhist tradition. This is a profound spiritual practice you can throughout the day, not only in sitting in meditation.
