Ways of Relaxation

Do you think that you are a bad person if you can relax instead of working? Is it a belief that the time is unnecessary? Are you sure that doing nothing is an attitude of laziness?

Have you ever burned, because you are overloaded? Have you ever had symptoms of stress, which made it impossible for you to continue working on your projects? Have you ever been sick, because you are not enough care of himself?

The truth about the work and relaxation

For each phase of productivity, we need a phase of relaxation that allows us to recharge our batteries and new energy for upcoming projects. We should follow the example of professional athletes: After each phase of strong activity, we should calm down, relax and loosen up our soul, mind and body. We can not in a relaxed state, when our muscles are tense.

If we do not accept that we in the relaxation between the projects, we are slowly but steadily is burnt out. Feeling burnt out, it is impossible for us to continue our projects because we have a shortage of energy in this state.

The average attention span of a human is about 45 minutes. This means that the average man needs a break after 45 minutes of attention. This break should be no longer than 10 to 15 minutes

If we relax, we assume a tense state of activity in a state of alpha waves, which makes us very creative and gives us new ideas that we otherwise would not get it. Therefore, we should not just relax between projects, but also between short intervals, that we are working on a project. If we relax these times, we have our full creative potential for the project. The goals are easier to achieve and the results are even better.

time of relaxation that we have with family and friends make us happier in life and creates new energy for upcoming projects. If time with people we support, we gain new insights, and we get out of isolation.

Always remember that you not only the right to relax between activities, but that you also have the duty to do so, if you want to stay healthy and live your life with the energy available!

Is it possible to relax too often?

Yes, of course it is. With the relaxation, it is the same as everything else in life. Finding the right dose for you is important. You should relax, it often happens that you do not feel the burn, and that you have enough energy to work on your projects. The relaxation between the short time that you are working on your projects should be short too. Find out how much you need to relax by studying various options.

I suggest you find some activities that a relaxing effect on you and that you do. The more you like these activities, the easier it is for you, a regular habit out can do. Consistently relaxing a permanent habit in your life. If you regularly, the impact on your life and projects are ideal.
